Vanit is in charge of GuRu’s global supply chain, ensuring product quality, overseeing planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. He brings over 25+ years of extensive experience in engineering and operations in the electronics industry. His passion of manufacturing has been long; working in various electronic design and manufacturing industries (Hard Disk Drive, PSU, Memory, EMS, Semiconductor) in various positions. With an in depth understanding of operations Vanit has helped companies achieve their operational and supply chain goals. At his previous position at Inphi, he enforced and implemented cost reduction programs with suppliers improving BOM by 5%. Alongside overseeing suppliers and CMs, developed planning tools to improve efficiency by 15%.

At Dish (formerly Echostar) he held multiple positions in Operations and Supply Chain managing daily operational activities with suppliers and CMs, driving NPI to mass production, inventory management, product costing and cost reduction programs by saving company 5-7% in net. In addition, with new test approach provided ongoing savings to the company.

Vanit holds B.E. Electronics and Communications degree from India and MBA Global Management from USA.
