Nadzeya Mikhailava has worked as a Software Engineer at Gurtam since November 2016. In this role, they create a test automation framework for the company's main product and sets up the infrastructure of the test stand. Nadzeya analyzes test results and reports any issues, as well as performs manual testing of new features.

Prior to their role at Gurtam, Nadzeya worked as a Test Automation Engineer at EPAM Systems from September 2013 to September 2014. In this position, they wrote and supported automated tests for a customer's website, both desktop and mobile versions. Nadzeya used Java and the Selenium library for these tests and also set up a continuous integration system using Jenkins-server.

From 2000 to 2005, Nadzeya Mikhailava pursued their Master's Degree in Chemistry at Belarusian State University.
