María Estefanía McHugh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. María Estefanía began their career as an English teacher at Instituto Alpha Learning Caracas from 2015 to 2017. María Estefanía then transitioned into customer service, working as a Customer Service Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific from August 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they processed orders, handled queries, and resolved claims. María then joined Gurtam in October 2021 as a Business Development Representative, where they managed partner growth and oversaw the sales cycle for the North American team. María Estefanía continued in this role until February 2023. Currently, María works at Oda Studio as an Account Representative, providing account management to customers, resolving issues, and collaborating with different teams.

María Estefanía McHugh pursued their education at Universidad de Palermo from 2019 to 2023, where they obtained a degree in Journalism. During this time, their field of study focused on Social Sciences. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, María Estefanía McHugh attended Universidad Central de Venezuela, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology.
