Yash Sukhwani started their career in 2019 as a Software Engineering Intern at BlueOptima. Yash then became a Graduate Software Engineer at the same company and worked there until March 2020. In February 2021, Yash joined Gupshup as a Software Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Senior Software Engineer in July 2022.

Yash Sukhwani completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, starting in 2015 and ending in 2019. Prior to that, they attended St. Paul's Sr. Sec. School from 2000 to 2015, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.

In addition to their formal education, Yash Sukhwani obtained a certification in Python Data Structures from Coursera in March 2020.
