Vishrut Chalsani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Vice President of Growth at Gupshup since August 2022, Vishrut previously co-founded OneDirect, the largest company in India’s Customer Experience Management (CEM) sector, which was acquired by Gupshup. Prior to that, Vishrut co-founded Tapzo, leading operations and business partnerships until its acquisition by Amazon in 2018. Early career experience also includes co-founding Flutterby Services Pvt. Ltd. and serving as a consultant at Zinnov, focusing on business and IT strategy for Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Vishrut holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
