Sibabrata Paladhi is an experienced technology leader currently serving as an Architect and Engineering Leader at FarEye since October 2021, where leadership encompasses development teams for a key platform, the BPM engine. Previously, Sibabrata worked at Microsoft from March 2012 to September 2021, initially as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead) in the Search Assistant and Intelligence team, contributing to AI-driven enterprise services across Office 365 products. Notable projects include building services for Bing Search, proactive package tracking for Cortana, and reminder recall cloud services. Earlier experience includes a role as a System Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard IPG R&D, focusing on embedded firmware development for large format printers. Sibabrata holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Jadavpur University.
