Nithyashree Mudigere Dayakara began their work experience in 2011 as a Test Engineer at InfoTrack Telematics. Nithyashree then worked at EVRY as a Senior Test Engineer from September 2015 to April 2019. In 2021, they joined NTT DATA Services as a Quality and Performance Senior Specialist, where they worked until March 2022. Currently, they are working at Gupshup as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, starting from April 2022.

Nithyashree Mudigere Dayakara attended Vishweshwaraiah University from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Science Engineering.
