Arbind Yadav is currently working as the Manager of Customer Success at Gupshup since February 2022. Prior to this role, Arbind held various positions at Knowlarity - Cloud Communications from August 2018 to January 2023, starting as an Executive and working their way up to Assistant Manager and then Manager of Customer Success. Before joining Knowlarity, Arbind served as a Relationship Manager at CSC Financial Services Private Limited from July 2016 to August 2018. Arbind completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance and marketing from New Delhi Institute of Management in 2016 and Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from The University of Burdwan in 2014.
