Anurag Mishra started their work experience in 2011 at Webaroo, where they held the role of Senior Manager - Tech. Solutions until 2020. In July 2020, they joined Gupshup as the Head of Product Operations, where they are currently employed.

Anurag Mishra earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2006 and 2010. In 2018, they obtained the Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management and the Prince2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
