Kateryna Repik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kateryna has recently joined Gunzilla Games as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Roket.us as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist from April 2020 to April 2022, where they focused on acquiring talents and building partnerships. Kateryna also held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Devox Software from September 2021 to February 2022.

Before entering the gaming and software development industry, Kateryna gained experience in recruitment and HR roles. At Weblium, they worked as a Recruitment Supervisor from August 2019 to February 2020, where they developed the hiring process for different positions and conducted HR interviews. Kateryna also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Oro Inc. from February 2018 to July 2019, where they recruited IT specialists and managed the full cycle of recruitment. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Recruiter both as a freelancer and at Sollers Group Recruitment from December 2017 to February 2018 and from October 2016 to December 2017, respectively.

Kateryna's earlier experiences include roles in ITVDN - IT Video Developers Network, where they worked as a Support Specialist, Content Writer, and Sales Coordinator in 2016. Kateryna also worked as an Assistant Lawyer at Bravex from August 2015 to December 2015 and as an Assistant lawyer (junior specialist) at the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine from June 2015 to August 2015.

Kateryna Repik earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Kyiv National Economics University, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. In April 2019, they obtained a certification in "RECRUITMENT NO MISTAKES" from Accord Consulting Ukraine.
