Yohannes Setiawan, CISA, CISM, currently serves as the Head of BISO at Prudential Indonesia since November 2022. Previously, Yohannes held the position of Head of IT Security Solutioning Group at CIMB Niaga from November 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included governance and management of IT security strategies across four departments. Prior experience also includes roles such as the Country Information Security Officer for Citi in Indonesia and APAC from June 2014 to November 2018, overseeing information security for institutional clients. Before that, Yohannes worked at KPMG Indonesia as the Vice Head of Information Protection & Business Resilience and as a Senior Information System Auditor. Earlier career roles included positions at Anabatic Technologies and BATAN as a Functional Consultant, System Manager, and Neutron Researcher, respectively. Yohannes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Universitas Pelita Harapan and completed high school education at SMUK 4 BPK Penabur, focusing on Science.
