Ryan Farr is currently a Senior Consultant at Gunter Group. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Ultradent Products, Inc. from August 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they were the Strategic Initiatives Manager at BrainStorm, Inc. from April 2014 to April 2020 where they led C-Level business objectives within individual business units across the organization that successfully grew revenue and improved operational excellence. From September 2012 to September 2013, they were the Contracts Manager at Solera Networks where they were brought into an exciting start-up to create and manage the legal contract lifecycle process and was a key member of the acquisition team upon Solera’s purchase. From December 2009 to September 2012, they were the Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Nelson Laboratories, Inc. where they led laboratory improvements through risk assessment, root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

Ryan Farr graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership. Ryan then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Ryan is also certified from ASQ in ASQ-CQIA.
