Previously, Rick was the Vice President of Technical Operations at Facteus from April 2020 to January 2023 and has held various leadership roles, including Director of Professional Services at Viewpoint and Director of Software Development at Fiserv, where responsibilities included managing large teams and overseeing enterprise banking solutions. Rick's early career includes significant positions at Corillian, PreEnroll.com, and Wilshire Financial Services Group, demonstrating a strong foundation in software engineering and project management. Rick holds a Master’s degree in Applied Information Management from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University.
