Emma Kay is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Gungho Marketing Ltd since March 2021, roles have also included Team Leader and Discovery Agent. Previous experience includes leading volunteer efforts for Zumos UK's wellbeing campaign, managing a branch for Skills Direct Ltd, and acting as a Recruitment Partner at Talent Acquisition Partners. Emma's career began in executive search, working with multiple agencies, and also includes entrepreneurship as the owner of a soft play café. Emma holds a Diploma in Higher Education in Psychology from The Open University.
