Javier Bujanda is an accomplished hotel and operations executive with extensive experience in multi-property management across various renowned brands. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Gulph Creek Hotels since March 2022, Bujanda oversees the management and performance of multiple properties throughout Boston, Indianapolis, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia. Previously, Bujanda held leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Elite Pacific Vacation Rentals by Gather and Vice President of Operations at Hostelling International USA (HI USA), where responsibilities included directing operations for 17 properties and supporting a national network of hostels. Early career experience includes roles such as Director of Finance and Operations for the Northern California Region at Hostelling International AYH/Golden Gate Council, Financial Controller at Dinah's Garden Hotel, General Manager at Hotel Ibiza, and positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Bujanda earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bella Vista College.
