Fahr Juneja began working in 2005 as a Student Intern at Horizon Research. In 2006, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Somark Innovations. From 2007 to 2009, Fahr worked as an Account Services Intern at Doe Anderson. Fahr joined Gulfstream Commercial Services in 2008 as a Sales Associate and Property Manager. They then held various roles at Gulfstream, including Broker and Property Manager, Director of Acquisitions and Partner, and currently as a Partner and Principal Broker.

Fahr Juneja attended Washington University in St. Louis from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA). Fahr specialized in entrepreneurship, marketing, and international business. In 2006, they participated in the University of Melbourne's International Study Abroad Program, focusing on finance and marketing.
