Michelle Gleeson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial and operational leadership. Currently serving as Regional Executive Vice President - South at Acrisure since October 2019, Michelle has been instrumental in driving strategic management and business development. With a long-standing role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Gulfshore Insurance, Inc. since 2000, Michelle oversees more than 130 associates and manages a $20 million P&L, delivering transformational leadership that enhances agency operations and finance. Prior to this, Michelle was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Artisā€”Naples, where significant revenue growth was achieved from $500K to over $20 million, and started a successful career as a Senior Audit Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
