Vanessa Rodgers, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in human resources and financial services. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator at Gulf Winds Credit Union since December 2015, Vanessa contributes to the organization's strategic goals by building member relationships and managing financial accounts. Prior to this role, Vanessa worked in Human Resources at Target from June 2012 to June 2015, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, scheduling for over 50 employees, and preparing compliance reports. Vanessa holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Florida State University.
