Vickie Rabino possesses extensive experience in education and counseling, currently serving as a Therapist for the Juvenile Probation of Galveston at the Family Service Center of Galveston since September 2022. Additionally, Vickie has been a Crisis Trauma Counselor and Youth Prevention Specialist at Hitchcock ISD since July 2016. Vickie’s career in education spans over three decades, during which Vickie held various roles, including bilingual elementary teacher, educational consultant, school counselor, and high school administrator, before retiring in December 2014. Vickie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Abilene Christian University and a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from the University of Houston-Victoria.
