Arvinder Singh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Arvinder began their career in the Indian Army in 1987, serving as a Colonel until 2008. Afterward, they joined the Kings XI Punjab as the COO from 2008 to 2014. Arvinder then moved on to the Gujarat Lions (IPL) in 2016, where they held the role of CEO until 2022. During this time, they also served as the CEO of the Gujarat Lions from 2016 to 2017 and later became the CEO of the T Ten League in 2018. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer of the Gujarat Titans, a position they have held since 2022. Arvinder Singh's work experience showcases their leadership skills and expertise in various roles within the sports industry.

Arvinder Singh completed their HSC at RIMC between 1978 and 1983. Arvinder then pursued an MSc in International Relations and Defense Studies from the University of Madras from 1999 to 2000.
