Jacqueline Ramirez has extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration. Currently serving as Benefits Administrator at The Guitar Center Company since February 2022, Jacqueline is responsible for maintaining employee benefits filing systems and administering various employee benefit programs. Prior to this role, Jacqueline worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Camarillo Family YMCA, overseeing children's activities and safety. Additional experience includes roles as a Marketing Intern at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where efforts in social media strategy improved lead generation, and as a Human Resources Intern at Aflac, optimizing recruitment processes. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science degree from USC Marshall School of Business and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Moorpark College.
