Gordon P. Phelps CPP, PMP currently serves as the Director of Global Physical Security & Safety at Guidewire Software, where responsibilities include leading a comprehensive global physical security and safety program encompassing risk and intelligence, security operations, and health and safety functions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Global Physical Security Technology at Salesforce, where Gordon was responsible for the development of a Five Year Security Technology Roadmap. At Northrop Grumman, roles included Senior Security Manager overseeing investigations, counterintelligence, and insider threat programs, as well as leading protective services with significant improvements in employee engagement. Additional positions include Senior Program Manager at ActioNet and Security Program Manager at Siemens, focusing on physical security technology and identity management system implementation. Gordon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management from Bellevue University.
