Will Lofland has a diverse work experience. Will started their career in 2005 at the Federal Reserve System, where they worked in Economic Research for a few months. In 2008, they joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor and stayed there until 2010, when they moved to JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President in Investments. Later that year, they also joined Fidelity Investments as a Regional Investment Consultant, where they worked until 2014. Since then, Will has been with GuideStone Financial Resources, starting in 2014 as the Manager of Institutional and Advisory Sales, then as the Regional Director-Advisor Consultant from 2015 to 2016. Will was promoted to Director, Head of Intermediary Sales from 2016 to 2023, and currently, they are the Managing Director, Head of Investments Distribution and Marketing, leading the investment sales and marketing business unit for the GuideStone Funds, where their responsibilities include sales strategy, budgeting, marketing focus, managing sales units, national accounts, and leadership of the shareholder engagement program.
