Jessica R. has a strong background in marketing and brand development. Jessica started working at GuideStone Financial Resources in 2005 as a Product Research Analyst and then moved up to become the Sr. Manager of Sales, Marketing, and Distribution in 2008. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Head of Brand Management before transitioning to the role of Director of Marketing in 2017. Jessica then became the Managing Director of Insurance Market Strategy in 2021 and is currently the Chief Marketing Officer starting from February 2023.
Jessica R. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Finance from Baylor University in 2005. Jessica later pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M University-Commerce, completing it in 2011. Jessica is currently enrolled in the MIT Sloan Executive Education program, where they are pursuing an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation, which will be completed in 2023. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from MIT Sloan Executive Education, including "Accelerating Digital Transformation with Algorithmic Business Thinking," "Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation," "Innovation Perspectives and Practices," "Breakthrough Customer Experience Strategy," and "Systematic Innovation of Products, Processes, and Services."
