Mike Ventricelli has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Currently, at Guidepoint since 2021, they have held various roles including Research Associate and Research Manager. As a Research Associate, Mike was responsible for reviewing and analyzing client requests, identifying subject matter experts, and engaging with new advisors. In their role as Research Manager, they led the Global Management Consulting team in new business development initiatives and supervised a team of 10 research associates across different locations. Prior to Guidepoint, Mike interned at Focus Government Affairs in 2020, where they monitored bills affecting clients' interests and collected data for exemplary client service. Mike also interned at BLADE Urban Air Mobility, Inc. in 2019 and GoodSport in 2017.

Mike Ventricelli attended Fairfield College Preparatory School from 2011 to 2014. Mike then went on to Westminster School from 2014 to 2016. Finally, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at Trinity College-Hartford from 2017 to 2021.
