Patrick Flaherty has extensive work experience in various industries. Patrick is currently the Principal at Eisenstein Flaherty, a management consulting firm focused on improving culture and building relationships within organizations. Prior to this, Patrick founded Guided Living Senior Home Care in 2014, emphasizing quality communication and care in serving clients and their families. Patrick also worked as the Director of Product Management at Duncan Solutions from 2011 to 2014, implementing advanced solutions and improving customer support. Earlier in their career, Patrick held positions such as Operations Manager at Oceanos and Director of Operations at Lighthouse Data Print & Mail, where they oversaw data-driven strategies and offline and online marketing programs. Additionally, they were the Owner of Fever Multimedia, a full-service multimedia design and development firm, and ClassNotesOnline.com, a resource for teachers and students. Patrick also owned and operated Your Personal Errands LLC.
