Mark Mitchell has extensive experience in customer experience and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of CX and Professional Services at GUIDEcx since June 2019, Mark focuses on transforming onboarding processes into product unboxing experiences. Prior to this role, Mark held positions in client success and business development at Advanced BDC Solutions and operated as the Head of Operations at DealerSocket. Additionally, Mark's career includes experience as a Customer Success Manager and Sales Development Manager, along with marketing roles, all preceded by military service as an Infantry Team Leader in the United States Marine Corps.
