Jessica Gentry has an extensive work experience in UX design and strategy. Jessica started their career in 2008 as a Partner and COO at Guidea, where their team grew to 20+ senior designers and researchers. In 2013, they joined eBay as a UX Research & Strategy Consultant and User Experience Consultant. In 2018, they became a DesignOps Consultant at Nestl\u00e9 Purina North America and a UX DesignOps Consultant at Humana. Jessica then moved to Dell Technologies as a UX Research & Strategy Partner, followed by BrightInsight as a UX Research & Design Partner. In 2019, they joined IBM as a UX Design & Strategy Partner and Mastercard Data & Services as a UX Design & Strategy Partner. Finally, in 2021, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a UX Design & Strategy Partner and Walmart as a UX Research & Strategy Partner.
Jessica Gentry completed their M.Sc. in Theoretical Physics from The University of British Columbia in 1998, following their B.Sc. in Physics / Mathematics from the same institution, which they received in 1996.
