Tyler H. has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Business Operations at Guide Star since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Business Analyst Manager at Guide Star from May 2022 to January 2023. Tyler has also held the position of Product Manager at Astrea from April 2021 to May 2022, where they led market analysis, product conceptualization, and product launch initiatives for various customer solutions. Before that, they worked at Foxconn as a Product Manager from September 2019 to April 2021 and as a Water Engineer from January 2019 to September 2019. Tyler gained valuable engineering experience during their co-op roles at Karges-Faulconbridge, Inc. as an Engineering Co-op from July 2018 to December 2018 and at Grande Cheese Company as an Engineering Co-op from May 2017 to January 2018. Additionally, they have taught martial arts as a Martial Arts Instructor at Karate America - Appleton from January 2011 to August 2016 and at Black Belt America from September 2013 to December 2015. Tyler also worked as a Material Handler at Ariens Company from May 2015 to August 2015.

Tyler H. completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same institution, which they began in 2022.
