Merilee Spence is a seasoned Senior Proposal Manager at Guidant Global since March 2012, part of the Impellam Group plc, which is among the largest talent acquisition and management firms globally. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Proposal Development at Randstad/SFN Group from October 2007 to March 2012, where Merilee managed proposal team activities for national accounts valued between $2M and $100M. Earlier roles encompass Manager of Proposals and Contracts at Todays Office Professionals/Spherion from November 2006 to October 2007, with significant achievements occurring prior to its acquisition.
