Catherine Deis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee development. Currently serving as the Director of HR & Talent Management at Guidacent, Inc. since October 2018, Catherine has successfully developed a company-wide talent management strategy and managed the implementation of Learning and Applicant Tracking Systems. Prior to this role, Catherine held various positions at Guidacent including Senior Manager for Human Resources and Recruiting, where significant contributions to full life-cycle recruiting and the development of HR policies were made. Catherine's earlier experience includes roles at Bridge Partners, Nintendo, POSSIBLE, Microsoft, Seattle University, and S.D. Deacon, showcasing a robust background in recruitment and training across diverse industries. Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in Student Development Administration from Seattle University.
