Taylor Murphy has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Technical Project Specialist for Mission Serve. In 2014, Taylor became a Marketing Intern/Box Office Staff for the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, where they worked closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute events. In 2015, Taylor took on the role of Marketing and Audience Services Manager for the Gulfshore Playhouse, where they coordinated with internal business divisions, agency partners, and local vendors to guarantee on time and cost-effective delivery of all marketing communications materials. In 2017, Taylor became a Management Trainee for Enterprise Holdings. In 2018, Taylor joined Peek.com as a Customer Success Associate, then as a Mid Market Software Implementation Specialist, and finally as a Software Implementation Specialist. Later that same year, Taylor took on the role of Client Services/Account Activation Coordinator for Diamond Ticketing Systems. In 2020, Taylor became a Success Manager for MasterControl, and in 2022 they took on the role of Customer Success Manager for Guesty.
Taylor Murphy attended Troy University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies.
