Tal Sossover has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a Major (res.) in the Israel Defense Forces from 2010-2016. During this time, they also held a position as Site Manager at Amot Atrium Gym from 2016. From 2016-2020, they were a Research & Teaching Associate at Tel Aviv University. In 2020, they took on a role as a Corporate Investment Banking Analyst at Citi. Currently, they are a Corporate Development Manager at Guesty, beginning in 2022.

Tal Sossover completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA, Graduated with Honors in Accounting and Business Management from Tel Aviv University between 2016 and 2019. Tal then went on to complete a Master of Science - MSc, Graduated with Honors in Finance from Tel Aviv University between 2018 and 2020. In 2020, Tal obtained certifications from Citi Corporate & Investment Banking - Analyst Program from Citi and Modeling Valuation from Fitch Learning.
