Maor Bluman has been working in the technology industry since 2003. From 2003-2007, they were a Tech Team Leader in the IDF. From 2007-2010, they worked as a QA Engineer at NICE_Ltd. From 2010-2012, they were a User Experience Designer at TZUR User Experience Design. From 2012-2019, they were a Senior Product Manager and Mobile Apps Product Manager at LivePerson. Since 2019, they have been a Product Lead at Guesty and an Adjunct Lecturer at both Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and StarTau Tel Aviv University Entrepreneurship Center. During their time at LivePerson, Bluman managed a cross-organization project that resulted in a 36% increase in conversion rate and x3.4 new contacts. Maor also founded LivePerson's mobile ecosystem and redesigned the entire core product.

Maor Bluman has an education history that includes a MA in Human Computer Interaction from milab - Media Innovation Lab from 2019 to 2022, and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Tel Aviv University from 2009 to 2012. Maor also has several certifications from Unity Technologies, including Unity Certified Instructor (2019), Creating Cutscenes in Unity (2019), Unity 3D - Asset Creation and Management (2019), Unity 3D - Character Setup and Animation (2019), Unity Certified 3D Artist (2019), Unity3D - Integrating Scripts for Scene Interactions (2019), and Unity3D - Lighting, Reflection, and Post Processing Effects (2019).
