Josh joined the Guests, Inc. team in 2016. He serves as a Regional Director of Operations overseeing the day to day operations of numerous hotels.

Prior to joining the Guests, Inc. team, Josh served as Director of Operations at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport where he led the Rooms and Food & Beverage teams. The Sheraton featured 200 rooms, the Sheraton Café and 10,000 square feet of meeting space.

Josh has built an extensive and successful amount of experience serving in various roles in the hospitality industry, including Director, General Manager, Hotel Manager, Culinary Manager and Revenue Manager. Josh’s experience in the industry has been obtained working for such notable companies as Hilton, Starwood, IHG, and Houlihan’s restaurants. His background has included downtown, airport, convention, suburban, union, and non-union properties from moderate-sized focused to large full service with vast meeting space and numerous dining venues.
