Sergio Oliveira is an experienced Facilities Manager with a robust background in facility operations and maintenance spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Facilities Manager for Mango's Tropical Cafe, Inc. since August 2018 and at Guest Services, Inc. since February 2018, Sergio has previously held notable positions including Facilities Manager at DentMall and Assistant Operation Director at Dadeland Mall - Simon Group. With a strong foundation from Pelican Management Group as Facilities Maintenance Manager and Seminara & Son as Maintenance Manager, Sergio's expertise is supported by a Multifamily Building Operator Director certification from the Building Performance Institute and an Associate’s Degree from UNAERP in Brazil.
