Jan Rathjen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and finance. Currently serving as a Partner at Polytope Management Group GmbH and Polytope GmbH since 2016 and August 2014 respectively, Jan specializes in internal controlling, music law, accounting, and corporate development. As a Partner at Guesstimate GmbH since November 2013, responsibilities include internal controlling, event organization, and human resources. Previous roles include Executive Assistant at Kallias GmbH from August 2011 to October 2013, focusing on event organization, accounting, and controlling, as well as an internship at the same company in 2011.
