Eugenio Proenza has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and electronics fields. Eugenio began their career in 1996 as a 2nd Class Electronics Technician (Submarine Qualified) in the US Navy, where they were responsible for keeping the USS Miami in contact with the fleet while underway on missions, acted as Supply Petty Officer for Radio Division, and received a commendation for excelling in their duties as a Lookout. In 2004, Proenza joined RFMD as a Senior RF Technician, where they designed PCBs, assembled, tested, and tuned PA's, LNA's, switches, and front end modules, and set up new equipment for large signal testing. Eugenio then moved to Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in 2008, where they setup and outfitted a new design engineering lab, sourced, purchased, received in, and set up equipment totalling in excess of $1 million, and coordinated and supervised contractors during 2 expansions of the Greensboro Design Center. Proenza currently serves as Director of Engineering Services at Guerrilla RF, a position they have held since 2014.

Eugenio Proenza graduated from Ely High School in 1996 with a High School Diploma.
