Tomasz H. has over 17 years of experience in engineering and project management, primarily at Ortofon A/S, where Tomasz served as Senior Technical Manager and Technical Project Manager from September 2015 to November 2023, leading technology projects and driving technology implementation into the product portfolio. Prior roles include Process & Prototype Engineer at Ortofon A/S, focusing on material sciences technology and process optimization, and Process Engineer at MpicoSys Solutions BV, where responsibilities included the introduction of new technologies and project management. Tomasz also held positions as Project Coordinator at Steel Protection and Project Leader at Plastivaloire, managing production projects and change management. Tomasz holds a Master of Science in Management and Economics, as well as a Master of Science in Engineering, Chemistry from Gdańsk University of Technology.
