Chrissy Beckwith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and government affairs. Currently serving at King Media since September 2022, Chrissy also holds the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives at Ruben Strategy Group LLC since June 2019. Prior experience includes significant roles such as Director of Government Affairs at SEMCO ENERGY from January 2011 to December 2018 and Deputy Policy Director for the Michigan House of Representatives from March 2007 to January 2011. Chrissy began the career as a Policy Analyst for the Michigan Senate from July 2005 to March 2007 and as a Legislative Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives from October 1999 to June 2005. Academic accomplishments include a BA in Sociology and Political Science from Kalamazoo College, achieved between 1995 and 1999, following foundational education at the Academy of the Sacred Heart, Bloomfield Hills, MI.
