Jacob Tórsheim Voltelen is a VP and Head of People & Culture at Gubra, with previous experience in HR roles at Falck, SimCorp, and LEO Pharma. Jacob has a background in military service as an Officer, Sergeant, and Private in The Royal Guards. Jacob holds a HD in Organization and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School, as well as military training from the Royal Danish Military Academy and Army Sergeant School.
