Donatella Fedele is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer at Guber Banca since September 2023. Prior to this role, Donatella held the position of Head of Risk & Regulatory at AideXa X, where responsibilities included designing and developing the risk management function and overseeing all risk areas. Donatella also served as Head of Risk Management at Banca PSA Italia S.p.A., directly reporting to the Board of Directors and managing risk across various divisions. Earlier career roles include ERM and Framework Manager at KPMG Advisory, and Analyst - Financial Institution at Deloitte Consulting, with significant contributions to multiple high-profile projects.
