We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As we continue to grow, we need someone who can effectively communicate our brand voice and engage with our audience across multiple social media platforms. You will be in charge of our social media strategy, and you will help drive lead generation, customer engagement, and contribute to our overall marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Manage daily content creation, posting, and community engagement, ensuring all content aligns with the company’s tone and messaging.
- Create compelling, informative, and engaging social media content tailored to our target audience in the cybersecurity space.
- Use CRM and/or other tools to manage and track social media leads and campaigns, ensuring effective follow-up and nurturing of relationships.
- Utilize social networking tools to schedule and monitor posts, track engagement, and optimize social media campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams (sales, product, design) to create cross-functional campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity and incorporate that knowledge into your content strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a social media management role, within a tech company. Cyber security experience is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, native English speaking is an advantage.
- Proven experience creating and managing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for social media lead management and content tracking.
- Experience using Hootsuite or a similar tool for social media scheduling and analytics.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to adapt content for various platforms while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
