Florence Kirley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, recruitment, marketing, and policy analysis. Currently serving as the VP of Operations & Dental Group at GuardLab since November 2015, Florence oversees daily operations, business development, sales and marketing, and staffing, ensuring successful partnerships and customer journeys. Previous roles include Event Operations with responsibilities for UFC partnerships and account management, HR Consultant at the Mental Health Association of NYC, and Marketing and Partnerships Manager at Programmr.com. Florence has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at both Charlotte Frank and Robert Walters, focusing on administrative and business support roles. Earlier career experience includes business development in the entertainment sector and a senior Policy Analyst role within the BC Provincial Government. Florence holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Simon Fraser University and additional education from Pace University and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
