Yevgenia Babiak has over 27 years of work experience in software engineering. Yevgenia currently works as a Software Engineer at GuardKnox Cyber Technologies since 2021. Prior to this, Yevgenia worked at Emerson Automation Solutions for 16 years as a C++ Developer. During their time there, they developed various desktop software for the oil industry and geoscience in a Linux environment. From 2013 to 2021, they focused on developing new software for modeling and visualization of various Velocity types, adapting it to clients' needs with big data and adding advanced features using Agile technology. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Infineon Technologies (formerly I.C.COM) from 1997 to 2002, and as a Software Programmer at Oketz Systems ltd. from 1994 to 1997.

Yevgenia Babiak received their education from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1984 to 1989. Yevgenia obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mathematics during this period.

In addition to their academic education, Yevgenia Babiak has obtained several certifications. Yevgenia completed the "Machine Learning" certification from Stanford University in July 2021. Furthermore, they completed courses in "Databases and SQL for Data Science with Python" and "Python for Data Science and AI" from Coursera in May 2021 and March 2021 respectively.
