Erika Dressler is an accomplished operations and general manager with extensive experience in member services and community engagement. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Guardian Service Industries, Inc. since October 2022 and as General Manager at CycleBar since October 2021, Erika has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Prior roles include Member Services Manager at Life Time Athletic from November 2014 to October 2021, where Erika successfully built and coached a member services team, and Regional Run Coordinator at Life Time Fitness from April 2013 to November 2014, revitalizing the run community.
