Lisa Watt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the call center industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Guardian Protection Services since October 2013, Lisa has previously held roles such as Tech Support Call Center Manager. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Express Scripts from July 2000 to October 2013 as a Manager in Workforce Management and Clinical Call Center Operations, where responsibilities included training, project management, and P&L oversight. Lisa began their career at CVS Health as a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor from February 1992 to July 2000. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Duquesne University, earned between 1984 and 1989.
