Flora Compton is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in CRM marketing and data analytics. As a Senior CRM Marketing Manager at The Guardian since February 2017, Flora has built expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Partner in the CRM Project Team at Cancer Council NSW, where Flora consulted with executives to drive CRM initiatives and facilitate the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Flora also held various roles at the Cancer Council NSW, including Campaigns Team Manager and Data Analyst, focusing on project management and data analysis. Earlier experience includes a position as a Business Associate at Medikidz, a provider of medical information for children. Flora holds a Master of Science in Clinical Neuroscience from the Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College London, and a BSc in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Sussex.
