Andrea Elliott has held various senior HR positions, currently serving as Head of HR at Guardian News & Media since September 2018. Prior roles at Guardian include Director of Organisational Effectiveness and HR Director for Commercial & Digital Development. Andrea's experience also encompasses leadership roles at ITV plc, where responsibilities included Head of HR for Commercial & Online & On Demand, Acting HR Director for Broadcasting, and Head of HR Brand and Commercial. Earlier career highlights feature a lengthy tenure at Telegraph Media Group as Head of Human Resources. Andrea holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University.
