Dillon Tanzos is an experienced professional with a strong background in compensation analysis and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Guardian Life since September 2015. Prior roles at Guardian Life include Payroll Specialist and Human Resources Shared Services Representative.
